Challenge:
To increase the digital capability of Danone ELN in APAC, a new position of Digital Acceleration Director has been created. The digital advisory board is one of its key platforms to engage the top management and country business units in their digital transformation journey.
Outcome:
- 6 Digital Advisory Board sessions run over 3 years.
- Partnerships engaged at highest level between VP APAC, GM of business units and key digital economy stakeholders (e-commerce, search, social media, publishing).
- Awareness on critical digital capability, mindset and organization spread into key business units (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, ANZ).
- Creation of new roles (country-level digital acceleration teams).
