Challenge:
As a follow-up of the Marketing Transformation Advisory Board, Danone ELN wished to get external expertise to draft its Data strategy and roadmap, bridging the HQ IT teams with the regional and local teams.
Methodology:
Advisory Board with recruitment of 10 Danoners (Marketing, IT, Brands, Management) and 10 external experts (IT, CRM, Data Architects, Data Scientists), with two 2-day session per year.
Outcome:
Priorization of roadmap and commitment to 4 projects per year.
