Challenge:

As Danone fights for #1 place in the infant nutrition market in China, they look to change the way they do marketing and “outsmart, not outspend” competitors.

Methodology:

Advisory Board with recruitment of 10 Danoners (Marketing, IT, Brands, Management) and 10 external experts (Startups, Brands, Baidu/Alibaba/Tencent, etc), with three 2-day session per year

Outcome:

Challenge & Build on existing plans + priorization and roadmap of 12 topics for the different Danone teams.
